From Production to Your Door
We work to move every order from artwork approval through production and shipping as efficiently as possible.
Production & Processing Time
Because most CustomGoods products are made or printed to order, production begins after your order details and artwork are ready for production.
For many standard products, production can begin quickly after artwork approval. Estimated production time may vary depending on product type, quantity, printing or manufacturing method, artwork approval, custom options, material availability, and production schedule.
If your order has a specific event date or deadline, please provide that information when placing your order or requesting a quote.
Shipping Options
Available shipping methods are shown during checkout when applicable. Shipping options may include standard and expedited service depending on the product, destination, package size, and carrier availability.
Large, oversized, palletized, or specially manufactured orders may require freight shipping.
Free U.S. Shipping
Free standard U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders over $99.
Certain exclusions may apply to oversized products, freight shipments, special handling, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or other locations requiring additional transportation charges.
Production Time Is Different From Transit Time
Shipping Time
The time between carrier pickup and delivery.
An estimated production time does not include carrier transit time unless specifically stated. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, customs, or other conditions outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your shipment is prepared or collected by the carrier. Large orders may ship in multiple packages and may have more than one tracking number.
International Orders
International shipping may be available for certain products and destinations. Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, local taxes, and government fees unless otherwise stated in the quotation or order agreement.
